Wellington Toapanta is working as Director of Business Strategy with Hitachi Rail. In his current role, he is responsible for leading the Digital and Innovation Strategy globally in Hitachi Rail, including:

– Interface with worldwide Regional Managers and customers collecting their Digital and Innovation needs,

– Interface with other Hitachi BUs to consolidate a Digital Transport vision as Hitachi Group,

– Business Cases to propose new Digital investments including the identification of strategic partnerships for that (startups, M&A),

– Understand the innovative trends from the market analyzing global key stakeholders.

– Lead Product Portfolio and Delivery of the new Digital Solutions
